The Coming Christ, the Revealed Christ, the Suffering Christ, the Risen Christ, and the Reigning Christ

Every year, from Advent to Ordinary Time, we traverse the life of Christ through Scripture. The life of St Simons Anglican is marked by the life of our Savior—Jesus Christ, Son of God. It is our duty and our everlasting delight to proclaim the riches of God’s glory in his Son. One of our members is fond of saying that St Simons Anglican is “all about Jesus.” That is it. We exist to make much of Christ for our neighbors and for the world. We are situated on St Simons Island and Glynn County Georgia, which means that our primary field of ministry is right here in the Golden Isles. However, we are part of Christ’s body and the global Anglican communion. That means that we pay a part in carrying the name of Jesus to the world.
